I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Overwhelming and intimidating process (definitely due to the reputation of the company). A little hard to find the building. You have to go through 2 security checkpoints. The front desk people were super friendly and they had Disney movies playing in the lobby. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

It was a very quick and positive interview, mostly about guests experience, how we can ensure they have a positive experience, and some questions about restaurant experience. I applied through Disney Careers, and was emailed for an online virtual interview.
