Easy web interview (common sense, really) and then a straightforward phone interview about past experience. They asked situational questions, if I would be willing to work outside, and if I had tattoos/body mods.

Explain one situation in which you dealt with an angry guest and how you helped the problem.
Laid back interview. Very simple questions. Why do you want to work here? What are your favorite rides? Experience in specific roles. Usually, questions are about customer service positions. Difficulties with coworkers and how you solved those problems. How you work in teams. Major focus on who you are as a person to see if you fit into the company cuture.

It was very easy! I was interviewed for a short time which kinda scared me but I got accepted. I loved working there!! I would advice to just be confident and answer at your best possible abilities
