Behavior Based . The interviewer was really nice and sweet. They made me feel really comfortable. I had a great time interviewing. The DCP is the best and I loved it alot. My interviewer name is Annie. Disney works on a first name basic so this was important not to say MS. I talked about Magic Kingdom and how I love Mickey.

What happen if you are working in a store and a fire breaks out
Laid back interview. Very simple questions. Why do you want to work here? What are your favorite rides? Experience in specific roles. Usually, questions are about customer service positions. Difficulties with coworkers and how you solved those problems. How you work in teams. Major focus on who you are as a person to see if you fit into the company cuture.

It was very easy! I was interviewed for a short time which kinda scared me but I got accepted. I loved working there!! I would advice to just be confident and answer at your best possible abilities
