Group interview, lasted about 45 min. about 6 people in the group. Went around the table and asked the same questions to each of us. Asked about why we wanted to work for Disney and what previous experience we had. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Other interviewees were equally friendly and upbeat. Asked each of us to get to know the person we were sitting next to and then introduce them instead of yourself. Given an example of a customer who might come into the store. Then asked each of us to go into the store and pick out an item you might want to introduce and sell to a potential customer.

Quick call. The interview didn't last long. Was likely just getting a sense of my communication skills. Called back the next day and was offered the position. Overall, very friendly and allowed me the opportunity to ask a lot of questions.
