Interview
I applied for the position online and within two months I got an email from a PM on a project asking me for an interview. We set it up for the next day. We talked, hung up, and within two weeks I was contacted by HR with an offer!

I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I applied online and got a phone screen to where the recruiter pointed me towards this internship. I ended up getting a second round phone interview and it lasted for about 40 minutes. I didn't get the internship, they went with someone older and more experienced.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2018
Interview
My interview went very poorly, as I was asked very specific, odd questions considering I'm a college student with naturally limited professional experience. I was taken off guard by the lack of personal questions or attempt to "get to know me", and strictly questions about real world ability like "installation experience" that I wouldn't think are required for a intern right out of college. Very obscure, very short.
