It was a 45 minutes interview following a STAR interview metod. I didnt feel confortable doing the interview as they started directly asking me questions about examples. I mean, nothing bad about the STAR interviews but I consider they should approach asking a bit more about yourself and your carrer. On top of that, all the questions were focus in negative situations you have had in other jobs. I assume when you are going highly motivated to an interview you want to talk about your goals and achievements not all the bad situations you had in other jobs, of course some of the questions need to be focus in negative aspects but not all of them. I missed more positive vibrations during the entitle interview,
