I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
assessment centre with around 7 other candidates. a test booklet of numerical and verbal reasoning tests. then a final interview with other employees who read questions off a piece of paper. very robotic, no follow-up questions, no emotion whatsoever. the hiring manager didn't interview me, thought it was an unfair process. the interview process is ridiculous and doesn't know how to differentiate the highest talent. not worth working for anyway. such a shame
During an initial interview with them for the digital marketing role, I was asked about my current salary by the HR representative. I found this question inappropriate and refused to answer, as it is illegal in many states in the US and can perpetuate pay gaps. Despite explaining my concerns, the representative insisted on knowing my current pay and stated that I wouldn't be able to proceed further without disclosing it.
This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, especially considering their global presence and reputation.

Interview
Took a little over two months. There was about 3-4 steps throughout the interview process. On some occasions, they'd literally reschedule last minute. As nice as they were, it felt very disrespectful. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but you'd expect more from a company like Disney.
