I was contacted at two different time frames for a manager role. The first time I had a call with the recruiter and I was told I would receive a follow up after they've spoken with the hiring manager. After 4 follow ups, I gave up. I was contacted months later about the same role, but different capacity. I waited for 5 minutes after our call was supposed to begin and send a note to see if it should be rescheduled. The recruiter never called me or replied back. These have been the worst two experience I've had with interviewing at Disney.
