I would have been assisting two directors, so I met with both of them. Interview started a little bit late and seemed pretty casual. I was asked about my prior experience with clerical duties and what I already knew about the company and position.
The best way to get into this company is as a contractor. It may take time for some, but once you are in as a contractor you will keep coming back until someone appreciates your work and considers you.
