Called in to showcase skills, luckily I had much of materials ready. From there I was called in a second meeting, and on the third, I met with the heads of the group.

it was an ordered interview where i got to meet the recruter to discuss my skills and my team management, it was fun and engaging and a great experience even though i didn't get the offer.
