Interview
Applied in November and got invited in mid January to an assessment day in mid February via email. The day was a good mix of professional and casual, in which you could tell they were serious about the process and the job but all very friendly and helpful. We did a group project which was actually very relevant to the job and fun. The only downside was how we had to wait around to be individually picked out for interviews but they did play a movie in the meantime which was nice. Even though I didn’t get an offer it was still a fun day and a great experience.
Slow, hr rep first then line manager and colleague through very formal interview off a script. Very friendly but don't hold out much hope in a quick response. Waiting for third interview. I had more questions for them than they did me.
