Multiple interviews over three months and that was three months after I applied. Nice people, but they do not quickly update you and the process required multiple follow ups on my end to get an answer to their hiring decision. If Disney wants to attract and hire the best talent, the hiring process must be improved! I had a few phone interviews and three in-person interviews and despite being told I was the most qualified and did well in the interviews I was not offered a position. The hiring/interview process with Disney is incredibly disappointing and frustrating to the point I don't think I'd ever apply for another position with the company. That being said, everyone was very nice and a pleasure to meet, it's frustrating to know that they do not hire the most qualified individuals for a position.
