Panel discussion with many members of the team mostly looking for a fit into team function culture and dynamics into insight and strategy mostly what if and zero sum games

Interviews were set up with HR followed by interviews with the team and then what I assumed to be a final interview with the team lead. The interviews weren't bad. Everyone was professional and accommodating and they asked basic technical questions. But no one really spoke to me about what the role was. After completing the interview with the team lead, I was ghosted.

Very standard, focused on behavioral type questions with a few critical thinking mixed in. Met with 3 different people and the structure of each interview was very similar. Overall, the interview process was not too rigorous.
