When applying you first go through a personality test via email then if you pass you get to either have a phone or in person interview. I had an in person interview at TDA while my interviewer was over 30 minutes late, it was a pleasant and quick interview. He was extremely friendly, as all Disney cast members should be, we talked a lot about what I wanted to do within the company and my love for Disney.

Honestly, fairly easy. Just have to be friendly and smiley. If you think it’s too much, it’s probably perfect.
