I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2010
Interview
It took me 3 interviews before I got the 4th interview with the hiring manager. The first interview was through an introduction by a colleague. The subsequent interviews were also referrals. My advice is to network. You never know who may be of help to you. In my personal experience the people I met with at Disney were all professional and courteous.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The HR person took several weeks to interview. Kept rescheduling and canceling. I didn't like that my time was not respected. Plus, they were not willing to tell me the salary range upfront and in the end I rejected the offer because the range was too low.
