First a recruiter from TX reached out. They started that the team already wanted to meet. I stated available times PST however she scheduled me those times in CT, resulting in me almost missing my interview. She was able to provide compensation ranges based on this role. The interview was conducted by 1 person, the director. We had a zoom interview despite the position being hybrid. The interview was 30min. We did not go over my portfolio or any specifics in my past work.

The recruiter connected me right away without screening me due to my design portfolio. I interviewed the Design Director via zoom. I don't think she questioned anything about my skill set specifically but wanted to see if I was a good match for her team. She wanted to know about what I wanted to get out of this opportunity, what my mentorship styles are, why I wanted to join Disney. We ultimately aligned that this role was not a good fit together as it doesn't involve creating brand creative.
