Contacted by email for an initial screening and then interviewed with the hiring manager. During this time they were quick to respond and very communicative. After that I had a 3.5 hour long panel interview with 7 different people in 30 min sessions - sometimes with more than one person a time. This part was really difficult, especially when one of the interviewers mentioned some confusion over what role I was actually interviewing for. After this I wasn't contacted again one way or the other. I did reach out to the recruiter a couple times but they didn't have any feedback or answers (they did reply though). It's been almost 2 months now. I would have at least appreciated some feedback - or even a rejection email - after having spent a total of 4 hours interviewing with the team.
