After applying, you will be sent a web based interview which is like a personality test. If you pass the WBI, you move on to a phone interview. They usually ask questions about your experiences interacting with different types of guests. After they ask a few questions, you are able to ask questions. After the phone interview, you will wait to hear if you’re accepted. When you receive an acceptance, you will find out which position you were accepted for. You won’t find out your location until you begin the program.

Quick 20 minute phone call. My biggest tip is to make sure you're smiling during the interview, the interviewers know when someone is smiling and also genuine. Just be kind, punctual and SOUND excited. This was a big thing I was able to utilize.
