The interview experience overall was terrible in contrast to the hiring I met who was lovely but more casual than I anticipated. The issue with recruiting is that the recruiter didn’t keep in touch at all. Usually 4-9 days passed between emails despite the hiring manager asking to move me to the next round. Multiple coordinators contacted me and scheduled the same interview multiple times despite me having completed that type of interview already. The most shocking part was that they lied about dropping the ball with excuses like "We emailed this email based on your name" which is an email that was not in the ATS or my CV as a reason for their repeated silence. I am surprised nobody noticed that this made up email they referenced didn't bounce or never accepted the invite for a panel interview...
