Phone interview and then in-person assessment day in London. Really long day (8 am to 6 pm) and didn't hear back for weeks. When I did, it was from a different department, wanting to conduct another phone interview and potentially invite me to another assessment day. Never heard back after the second phone interview.

A video interview over zoom, they asked us 5 questions. I got two tries per question to record myself and I had a maximum of two minutes to explain my answer. You also get 30 seconds per question to prepare. There is nobody actually asking you the questions, it is automated and then presumably examined later.
