Pretty terrible experience. I prepare for hours for the interview and I knew I was not going to get the position 5 minutes after it started. The recruiter proceeded to rip my professionally done resume apart and told me I was not right for the position. It took me everything I had to not cry or cruse her out. Seemed I was just someone she wanted to cross off her list to up her numbers. It was shocking because Walt Disney is a world-known billion-dollar company and this person had no interest in speaking to me. She also talked about her dead dad and family issues which were very uncomfortable for me, as I was talking to her for a job position not to hear her life story. When it ended I did not bother to send a thank you or follow-up email, because it would have been completely ingenuie of me.
