I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Singapore) in Apr 2022
Interview
HR called me to schedule interview. Conducted via Zoom with 2 Managers.. Interviewers were quite vague on the skillset, experience, product knowledge etc they look for in the candidate. They did not specific much details on the JD nor provided more info of the job. They wanted to hire someone that handles the category that is not aligned with my current job. Overall experience was poor and not professional .
Zoom interview with the hiring manager. It was a friendly chat that started with self-introduction from both parties. We then elaborated on our own job experiences and got to understand each other better.
It is a very lengthy process- expect to have at least 5 rounds of interviews to talk to a lot of people. The overall process was good and the people were nice, but I am giving a neutral because it was so long.
It's amazing and you get to meet great minds.
It's good for someone who has the desired skills and they grill you accordingly based on that.
They all are expert and they judge you on how confident you are.
