Great interview process that puts real-life scenarios into play and allows interviewees to demonstrate their project management skills as well as their unique PM styles and preferences. Stays away from monotonous questions sometimes asked in project management interviews and leaves plenty of space to dig into the most relevant aspects of the job specific to streaming media technology.

Expectations and the process was communicated very clearly by recruiter. Recruiter screening was standard. There were many rounds with the same person and other people, but overall positive experience end-to-end.
Ghosted after the third interview, despite everything going smoothly and clear, consistent communication throughout the process. No explanation, no follow-up—just silence after what seemed like strong momentum and good conversations.
