Process: screening, a panel interview with someone on the team, within the larger group and HR - this could vary; I didn't advance farther Pros: great recruiter (easy to work with, responsive and willing to provide feedback), quick turnaround and scheduling Cons: I don't think they knew what they wanted. I'm assuming it was - a "let's just see what's out there first" kind of deal. Based on the feedback, they wanted someone more senior; however, the senior manager with whom I interviewed has less experience than I do, so who knows. Perhaps less experience meant the industry/group. Note: Disney added me to their marketing distro before I was notified that they weren't going to advance my application farrther. Perhaps that's a clue? But it's tacky nevertheless.
