I wouldn't know what the interview process is like because the recruiters that I have encountered at Disney - well you actually have to have a candidate experience I guess in order to comment on it, but my experience makes me understand why sometimes recruiting gets such a bad reputation. I have been contacted by a few different recruiters there. I reply that I am, in fact, interested in talking with them - thank you - and will do my best to accommodate their schedule. I have been ghosted by 3 different recruiters who reached out to me to engage. I reply the same day or next morning so it is not like a lot of time has gone by from when they reach out. Then I follow up a few days later when I haven't heard back. Still nothing. I hear that Disney is a good place to work but my experience has made me want to cancel my subscription and never go to another one of their parks ever. I wish it was just one person there in my field who treated me like nothing but unfortunately for me, it has been all of them.
