Interviewer was cordial and polite, basic questions for the phone screening. However, Disney seems to have a real problem ghosting candidates. It was four weeks before I heard anything after two polite emails, and it was an automated reply. Their interviewers are also not localized to subsidiaries. Someone from the studio group interviewed me for a role in theatre and did not seem qualified to make a judgment based off of something she knew nothing about.
