I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2022
Interview
TLDR: Went through the loop and got ghosted. Don't recommend. Applied in October and got a reply five weeks later. Went through a phone screen and two technical interviews that were pretty straightforward. For some bizarre reason Disney shares the same "virtual meeting room" with other colleagues or candidates, so *three* times there were other people present at the beginning of the call as they were about to drop *or* people started appearing at the end of the call. I am pretty sure that actually cost me the job at the last interview where we started late and we were still in the middle of it. Interviewer asked if I had another 30 minutes, I said yes, then *bam* two random people joined the call. After this debacle the recruiter said she'd get back to me but never did. Send numerous e-mails but never got anything back. Not even a rejection. So yea Disney please fix your meeting system and please don't ghost your candidates.
