The interview was all virtual, professional and really relaxing for an interview. I was given a chance to ask my questions and they all got answered in a way that reassured me this job was for me.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was over Zoom and lasted about 20mins. or so. The interviewer wasn't overly friendly, but she wasn't rude - it was more of a overworked and tired vibe. The questions weren't necessarily easy which surprised me. They were very geared towards security experience and scenarios of how you would handle security situations at Disney. I was surprised because the role has such low pay. The interviewer was very nice though and patient as I struggled with answers and helped me feel more at ease. She then said I would be put on a waiting list and within 3 days I was contacted for orientation.
