Describe a time when you had to go above and beyond for a candidate or client.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
Initially the beginning process was promising. The recruiting manager emailed and called me personally to set up a four-person video call interview that would last a couple of hours.
After that experience, the hiring manager informed me I would be contacted within a week of the interviews for their final decisions.
As of now, over a month later, I have yet to hear a word, haven't been dispositioned from the req, and have been ghosted by the recruiter. And this is after two emails, two phone calls, and a voicemail.
I have never had to wait over a week, much less a month for a response back.
