Expectations and the process was communicated very clearly by recruiter. Recruiter screening was standard. There were many rounds with the same person and other people, but overall positive experience end-to-end.
Ghosted after the third interview, despite everything going smoothly and clear, consistent communication throughout the process. No explanation, no follow-up—just silence after what seemed like strong momentum and good conversations.
