Bad company, bad hr department, lack of professionalism and competence from recruiters. My interview was repeatedly postponed by the recruiter, coincidentally during the holidays. What's even more scandalous is that the position for which I interviewed had already been closed some time before and I even had received a message rejecting my application, 'by mistake' according to the recruiter. The recruiter for the Italian market, throughout the interview, had an opinionated attitude, ignoring the fact that I perfectly matched the profile they sought, making things especially difficult for me, for a role that demanded anything but. But as I said, the position had already been closed a long time ago, and their decision was already made. It must have been a sacrifice for the recruiter to find the time to interview me. Bad, bad company and bad hr. Stay away.
