Telephone phone call with recruiter then meet with hiring manager. I found that the recruiter wasn't so friendly and our conversation didn't feel genuine. The salary range posted is not accurate. When I spoke to K, she said the position is for the lower range. So why post a range with higher numbers? She also said the bonus was only 7%-- that's pretty low I have to say. I ultimately decided the pay was not a good fit for me.
