Interview
The interview was fairly basic and simple. After applying for the company, they will call for an phone interview and then it would move on to a face to face. They ask a variety of questions that includes your personal interests in the company and how well you work with others, as well as any job experience you have had. After the interview they schedule you for a swim test to see if your qualify for the job and then they will place you under training for a week before working.
The interview was easy and short the lady was very kind and straightforward and everything was done online it took about 15 min make sure to be on time and speak clearly and respectful

Interview
Phone interview with HR, then a swim test at one of the hotels. The phone interview was less than 30 minutes. The swim test consists of a distance swim (10-13 laps depending on the pool), a brick retrieval, and a two minute water tread with your hands above your head.
