I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong)
Interview
I applied the job online and had virtual interview with TA, it took awhile to hear back from TA after the first interview. The next interview with the line manager was also virtual, the overall experience and conversation was great.
was good and thorough. They do read off a sheet of approved questions which I thought hindered the ability for natural conversation. But I appreciate that they are probably doing this to score me vs. other interviewees
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Burbank, CA) in Mar 2009
Interview
Met with the internal HR hiring rep first for a full series of interview questions. Then came in for an interview with the direct supervisor. A pretty basic, get to know you type interview and explanation of team dynamics, the role and need for hiring. Came back for a second interview to meet with the VP at a later time. Seemed like a great team and work culture with a real emphasis on work life balance.
