Conference room setting with 3 others. Causal. Interested in work history and ability. Less interested in portfolio. Not stressful. Informative. Seems like a nice company. Just wasn't a good fit for me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ware Malcomb in Nov 2021
Interview
They advertised the position as remote, but during my interview (I had to insist on Zoom) it became clear they really meant hybrid. Felt like a bait and switch. Although I thought the interview went fine, and the managers were easy to talk to, three weeks have now gone by without any follow up or feedback. Totally unprofessional in this day and age. I was also asked how many projects I could possibly handle at once, which was a big red flag.
