The recruiter was very friendly and responsive, HR interview went well. Second interview with the hiring manager and head of the team was a bit strange: they seemed visibly distracted and like they didn't want to be there, joked about the sensitivities around RTO, and gave a flippant response to a question about learning and development support for employees (we have more money than we know what to do with so you'd be well supported).
