I applied to a job posting on-line. It took several weeks, but I finally received a call and set up an interview with the HR department. The HR person told me about the department. She didn't ask me any "typical" interview questions. She told me she would contact me to set up a time to meet with the department, but never did. I followed up and eventually received an email that they went with another candidate.
