I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. (Burbank, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
The best interview process with an orgaization I have ever gone through. Luckily, I had an employee referral which (I presume) landed me the interview in the first place.
Everything began with a phone interview, proceeded to meet HR about a week later and on the same day interviewed with the managers. I was offered the job two days later.
The process was fast and very enjoyable. The managers were fun and great to talk to, HR is probably one of the best in the business. I was in constant contact via email and phone. From beginning to end, process took about 2 weeks.
People are kind and interview process was thorough and well organised. Mixture of technical and behavioural questions were not too challenging and interviewers were not scripted. Overall was a good experience.
I had an intro call with recruiter after emailing back and forth a bit then I had a call with manager. Followed up with a call with leadership. Each are 30-60 minutes long
I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. (London, England)
Interview
Brief interview to get to know how you fit in with the team, lasted about 10-15 minutes, questions were basically going over CV and how your experience aligns with the position
