I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Had initial phone interview with internal recruiter and a second one a week later with someone whose works in the department. Thereafter, was given a writing exercise and if that went well, an in-person interview with the team is scheduled. This took about a month. The interview process was grueling. I was excited about getting the opportunity but once I was there my tune changed a bit. Met with 5 different people and they all asked a lot of hypothetical questions, at times the same questions. It took about 4 hours. The process was a lot more stressful and didn't make me look forward to possibly work there. Overall, I suppose they want to hire the best so they need to be thorough but this may have been a little too much for a legal assistant position.
