There are three stages. First, you get an email that verifies your minimum qualifications (age, reliable transportation, etc) and then you set up a phone interview. Phone Interview: This part of the interview is where the recruiter wants to narrow down a pool of potential candidates. In-Person Interview: If your recruiter think you are a good fit they push your resume to one or more departments that are looking for interns. If you are selected, you will be called in for an in-person with the potential department that you will be working with.
