Got through the first round, but didn't hear from the team after that.. overall poor communication. Would have been nice to know about the following stages and how to progress.
Three-stage interview. First stage - self recorded interview, 1 minute per question and 30 second to prepare. Second stage - interview with hiring manager, member or HR department and a previous employee. Third stage - assessment centre offline in London HQ or possibly online.

Submitted CV online then invited to a online written interview followed by online recorded interview and then an assessment centre in London. Long process with many stages taking around 4 months.
After completing the hirevue video interview, I had a laid back interview with my now-manager and was given an offer a week later that I accepted. Not a bad process at all!
