Applied online, went through a phone screening, and got interviewed by a panel. It was a bit intimidating since there were more than 5 professionals asking me questions at the same time. They even sent me off to summarize an article.

If you were to make a movie, what message would it hold?
a couple rounds at least. I only received an offer to do the hybrid interview, which seemed easy, but from what I hear, they track your body movements so be aware of that.

behavioral questions like what experiences make you a great fit?
it was so fun and enjoyable i loved it. i was myself and made sure to show my personality. I think they made it very easy and clear how the interview was going to go, so that was great.
It was Via computer questions and video answers. they gave you one time to re-do and re-record. I found it a little awkward but I am now ready if this becomes a trend.
