The process has been quite thorough, there has been an initial Teams screen with the recruiter, followed by an Excel test, followed by a panel interview then a final panel interview two or three weeks after that. They provided feedback at the end and everyone was really nice, it was a positive experience. They chose someone with more technical skills/ expertise for a certain piece of software needed in the role.
