Interview
Very casual and conversational. They want to get to know you as a person and determine if you are qualified and what value you will bring to the position. They basically go off your resume and ask questions about what you did in the previous jobs you have listed.
Pleasant and warm welcome from the team, followed by a rather informal but in-depth discussion of experience and whether it's a correct fit for the format of the production. The interview didn't take more than 30 min and the follow up communication was clear and efficient.
