I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Washington State University (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2020
Interview
After applying, I was contacted to set up a zoom interview with a panel. The interviewers in the panel were very intelligent and impressive professionals. They asked very relevant questions related to the position and my skill set. Afterwards I was contacted to set up an on-site interview. Sadly I was unable to travel. Later I was contacted to set up an interview with the person who would be supervisor for the professional in this position. The interviewer was again very impressive and asked very relevant questions. I could tell he would be a great boss to work for. I was offered the position after this interview. Sadly, I had to decline the offer due to my health issues. But had it not been for my health issues, I would have accepted the offer and worked for such a wonderful institution and great group of professionals. This job was wonderful and matched with my skill set. The overall interview process was very impressive and the hiring department was great.
