Applied online. First was interviewed by phone by the hiring professor. Then followed the call from the department chair. After this was invited for a site visit. The site visit was 2 days. The first day included touring of the facilities, presentation and meeting people (10 overall). The offer was made next day during wrap up conversation and I accepted it.
