Interview
It was a Corporate impersonal style of questioning.The staff seemed unorganized and flustered. The manager kept getting up to do other tasks and apologizing. Over all no one looked happy to be at work and I got a sense of stress which was uninviting
Water Grill conducts very thorough interviews. Many relevant topics were discussed, specifically focusing on wine and seafood knowledge. Though Water Grill will provide extensive training on steps of service, wine, and seafood, a base knowledge of these topics is definitely required to get through the interview process.
