interview process took very long - like 5 months. i has 5 interviews with different people. last interview lasted 10 minutes and conversation wehnt as if they have already made a decision. was told they are hiring another candidate only to find out they posted the same job opening on job sites. when asked how i can improve, the recruiter and hiring manager did not provide feedback.
