I applied online. I interviewed at Waters (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Sep 2022
Interview
Everything started out very fine and professional. I was contacted by a lady from the HR-department for screening. Very nice interview. I came to the second stage and had a nice interview with the hiring manager. Everything went fine and I got to the third interview where I talked to potential colleagues. They seemed very nice. Then I hear nothing for several weeks. I contact them to hear about the process 4 weeks later on and the recruitment lady said she will get back to me the week after as they don't know if they will freeze the position. I hear nothing at all. This is not very professional as I have invested a lot of time studying about the company.
Opened with an easygoing conversation about myself and my hobbies. Transitioned into behavioral Interview questions about marketing crises and PR strategy. Hard to read my interviewer, but I was still offered the job so I guess I did well.
