I received no response (ghosted me!!) after completing 2 to 3 technical rounds of interviews along with a coding challenge and a take-home assignment within a week. Upon checking LinkedIn and the career site, I found that the job listing had been removed. It was frustrating as we invested a significant amount of time preparing for the interview process and working on take-home exercises. Despite multiple attempts to contact HR and the respective teams via email, I did not receive any feedback or results on my interview. I do not recommend this organization to anyone when they don't consider the candidate's time and efforts!
